Shipping

Order processing. Bell Utility Inserts strives to offer excellent customer service, and we do our best to ship all orders received by 1:00 p.m (PST) on business days the same day. Orders are only processed on business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Bell Utility Inserts only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders to any other destination will not be processed.

We will do our best to ship all items at the same time in the most effective packaging possible. If part of your order is out of stock or backordered for an unusually long time, you will receive notice from us and the option to modify your order.

Shipping services. We ship most orders via FedEx from our Sparks, NV facility. For orders of 10 or more boxes, we will evaluate at time of order for most economical shipping options.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Free sample kits will ship via Fedex Ground for free within 3 business days of receiving the order.

For online orders, your shipping costs and service options will be calculated in real time in checkout.

Order tracking. For order status and tracking, when your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s). You can also email us or call us at 775-352-6238 between 7:30 a.m. PST – 4:30 p.m. PST.

 

Returns

Bell Utility Inserts will accept returns within 30 days of purchase date of boxes of unused product and for reasons of manufacturer defect.

To start a return follow these steps:

  1. Email us or call us at 775-352-6238 to let us know you plan to return your order within 30 days of purchase date. Have your order number ready.
  2. You will be responsible for coordinating return shipping.
  3. Once the return is received by Bell Utility Inserts, we will inspect the return and issue a credit for goods and taxes.
  4. By default, we will issue you a credit to your account, which will be processed on receipt of returned goods. You may request the credit be issued as a check. Checks will be sent within 30 days of the credit being processed.

To accept a return for full refund the following must be true:

  • Items must be in resaleable condition;
  • Items must not have been installed;
  • Original packaging must be intact;
  • No partial returns.
